At Springbank Designs we only use the finest and
freshest flowers in our floral arrangements.

Although we reserve the right to make substitutions due to seasonal product changes, you can be assured that when
substitutions are necessary, only items of equal value, colour, style and size
will be used.

All prices on our web site are in Canadian dollars.

Delivery Schedule:

All our products are available for delivery within the Greater Toronto Area.
We deliver Monday through Saturday.

Orders placed by 1:00 pm will be delivered the next day.
Orders placed after 1:00 pm will be delivered the next available day.
Orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on Monday.

Flower Arrangement Care:

• Upon arrival check water level. If necessary, add warm water and
  fill to top. If floral foam is used, make sure it is fully saturated.
  
• Keep container full on a daily basis.
  
• Keep flowers in a cool location, away from direct sunlight, heating
  or cooling vents, or on top of televisions or radiators.

Cut Flower Care:

• Using a sharp knife, trim at a sharp slant approxiamately ½" off the
  end of the stems. (For best results, trim stem underwater.)
  
• Remove all foliage that will be below the water line.
  
• Place directly in clean vase of warm water with floral preservative.
  If flowers wilt or droop, repeat cutting procedure and place in warmer
  water.

Plant Care:

• Keep plants in medium light locations. Natural light is best, however,
  some plants can thrive in office fluorescent light. Most flowering plants
  should be placed in areas with the most light in order to maintain
  good colour and promote the maximum number of blooms to open.
  
• Plant soil should be kept moist at all times. Do not allow plants to dry
  out, however, avoid over watering and do not allow plants to stand in
  water. Avoid placing plants in excessive heat or cold.

Dried Flower Care:

• Keep arrangement out of direct sunlight. As with any fabric or upholstery, direct sunlight will quickly fade its' colours.
  
• Dust your arrangement with a hair dryer set on low, air only (no heat).
  This will add to the longevity of the arrangement by keeping the colours vibrant.
  
• Avoid placing your arrangements in areas of high humidity, such as
  spas and moist bathrooms. High humidity will deteriorate your
  arrangement.
